Infrastructure Advisory Associate

About the role

As an Infrastructure Advisory Associate, you’ll work directly with our advisory team on Malaysia’s flagship data centre joint venture — supporting due diligence, market analysis, and strategic recommendations for infrastructure investment and partnership structuring.

What you'll do

Support infrastructure advisory engagements for hyperscaler and investor clients
Conduct market research on data centre capacity, connectivity, and site feasibility
Assist in preparing JV structuring proposals and partnership documentation
Coordinate with technical, legal, and compliance stakeholders across projects
Prepare client-facing reports, decks, and financial models

What we're looking for

1–3 years experience in consulting, infrastructure, or corporate advisory
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Clear written and verbal communication in English (Bahasa Malaysia a plus)
Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-moving, JV-driven environment
Degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field

Nice to have

Prior exposure to data centre, telecom, or energy infrastructure projects
Experience working with cross-border teams or international partners
