Ong Saut Mee is a Malaysian entrepreneur and senior business executive with extensive experience spanning infrastructure, port and logistics operations, engineering, energy, property development and strategic business development.
She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Uniglory Worldwide, an integrated industrial logistics group providing international logistics and freight management, port and shipping services, warehousing and distribution, fleet management, customs brokerage and strategic consultancy. Under her leadership, Uniglory has developed an operational presence across key Malaysian industrial and logistics locations, including Port Klang, Bintulu and Samalaju, giving her strong exposure to major industrial, port and infrastructure environments.
Her experience combines business leadership with practical infrastructure and project execution. Prior to establishing Uniglory, she held senior facilities, maintenance, project and business development responsibilities with Westports Holdings Berhad, where she was involved in the construction and operations of Westports Klang, strategic planning, business development, infrastructure enhancement and the development of supporting logistics and intermodal activities. Earlier in her career, she worked in mechanical and electrical engineering and project management.
At SEATC, Ong focuses on strategic development, infrastructure and logistics coordination, stakeholder engagement and the advancement of new project opportunities. She supports the assessment of project requirements, coordination with relevant industry and infrastructure stakeholders, development of commercial partnerships, and progression of opportunities from early-stage evaluation toward implementation.
Ong holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a Professional Diploma in Port and Maritime Management from the University of Cambridge, England.
Gary Saw is a senior business leader with more than 30 years of experience across Asia Pacific, spanning enterprise technology, business development, strategic partnerships, investments and complex commercial engagements. He has held senior regional leadership positions with global technology companies including IBM, Quest Software, Flexera Software, Snow Software and BlackLine.
His career has centred on building businesses, opening new markets and developing strategic partnerships across Asia Pacific, complemented by international experience spanning the United States, Europe, China and Japan. He has worked closely with founders, senior executives and investors to establish new markets, build regional ecosystems and accelerate business growth. His recent roles include leading international and regional growth initiatives for China-based AI technology startup Laiye and Japan-based technology company Josys.
Gary brings extensive experience engaging diverse stakeholders, including major enterprises, government-linked organisations, investors and senior decision-makers across technology, financial services, telecommunications, energy and infrastructure. His strength lies in identifying and shaping opportunities, positioning them commercially, bringing together the right stakeholders and establishing practical pathways to move complex initiatives from early-stage discussions towards investment and execution.
At SEATC, Gary leads strategic development and opportunity origination, investment positioning, investor and developer engagement, commercial structuring and strategic partnerships. He plays a central role in transforming development opportunities into credible and investable propositions by defining their strategic rationale, commercial potential, stakeholder framework and pathway to execution. He also works closely with investors, developers, authorities and strategic partners to align interests, structure partnerships and advance projects towards implementation.

Shrihaan Subramaniam is a project and commercial development professional with experience in project governance, stakeholder coordination, venture development and commercial structuring. He holds postgraduate and undergraduate qualifications in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, providing a strong foundation in business development, commercial positioning and the advancement of new investment opportunities.
At SEATC, Shrihaan serves as Project Director, responsible for coordinating the execution of major infrastructure and strategic development initiatives. His role includes managing project governance and milestones, coordinating government and institutional stakeholders, facilitating land and utility-related workstreams, overseeing feasibility and consultant activities, and supporting the development of appropriate commercial, SPV and joint-venture structures.
